What May Be The Exact Cause Body Pain In Summer?

Question: Hi Dr I started weight training after 6 months almost 21 days initially I had some body pain and it vanished after a week or so.after that I done trekking since 4 to 5 days I am feeling lethargic, drowsy more sleepy but still I am doing gym in the evening time for 1 hour what May be the exact cause is it due to summer?

Hello,

I believe that exercise should happen within one's stamina and time for exercise can be increased gradually. Warm up and cool down must also happen.

ORS and fluids should be taken as needed or as driven by thirst.
If the fatigue is in excess to exercise, then basic blood tests like complete blood count, liver function tests, kidney function tests, serum electrolytes, thyroid profile, urine examination and an ECG and chest X ray PA view can be done.

very little 30ml with 200 ml of water once a day only when I am tired other wise not most of the people r not coming to gym due to rise in temperature and humidity but I do workout for 1 hour not feeling any kind of fatigue or tiredness
