Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Confirm that you have no pregnancy by doing serum beta hCG blood test.

2) If there is no pregnancy I would recommend my patients to take Tablet Dydrogesterone 10 mg once a day till the day they wish to postpone periods.

3) Similarly you can take the prescription for this drug from your doctor and postpone periods and let your doctors advice.

Thanks for your response. How many days before the cycle I need to start taking this medicine and is there any side effect of this? Also how long it's safe to take this?
