Hello,

If she is having no symptoms she doesn't need any medications since the treatment for covid19 is symptomatic treatment.
She can only take vitamin D and C.
She may need to check body temperature and if she develops cough and difficulty breathing, chest and back pain which may need further attention.
Also she may develop other symptoms such fatigue, tiredness, muscle and joint pain but they don't require further attention or treatment.
