80 plus year old is having lung infection and high blood pressure.
wheezing sound was coming but now she is better.
also her spo2 level is 93 to 94 most of the time she's resting.
irregular heartbeat .
m attaching the prescription .Please check are these medicines ok?
also i wanna know how to overcome weakness.
what are the precautions we should take.

I went through the reports. Yes, the prescribed medicines is okay except the first one, i am not able to make out. Can you please spell it for me. To improve weakness, she can be given multivitamins. Precautions include protection from cold (weather or drinks), dust, items that are prone to increase wheeze such as chocolate, lemon etc. She can have other fruit juices.

the first one is L cin 500 . her blood pressure doesn't comes down can we replace any other medicine than amtas 5 . her bp shoots to 190 / 85 in the evenings . what to do ?
Also i want to ask giving wysolone 10 mg twice daily for 5 days is safe in a high blood pressure patient age around 80 plus for respiratory disease .Will it not increase the blood pressure ?

Okay, L Cin is an antibiotic. Betaloc 50 is for BP as well. So take it as your doctor has prescribed. Amtas and Betaloc will help reduce her BP. You can take wysolone, as it will suppress her allergic reaction leading to wheezing. For wheeze, it is best. It will not affect BP but she may have gastritis so let her have plenty of fluids and curds if possible.
