Brief Answer:
Glucose and cholesterol lowering medications

Detailed Answer:
Dear Ma'am, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns.

Garcinia cambogia may augment the action of blood glucose lowering medications ( such as insulin) leading to hypoglycemia... So, this may require dose adjustement of blood glucose lowering medications while taking Garcinia cambogia.

Also taking Garcinia cambogia with statins (cholesterol lowering medications) may increase the risk of its side effects as rhabdomyolysis which means degenerative changes of muscles leading to severe muscle pain.

I hope I answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards
