What Medications Or Devices Will Effectively Remove Skin Tags Near The Armpit?

Question: I have many medium size skin tags (not warts) around the arm pit area and very small ones around the neck. Are there any authentic skin tag removal methods/medicines/devices that I can get at a pharmacy?

No oral and topical medicines, need to be removed

Hi,

There are no oral and topical medicines that will help in treating skin tags.

These need to be removed either by electrocautery or excised.
These are minor office procedures requiring a few minutes.
