Few medications are know to test positive in initial test of immunoassay for cocaine on drug screening
1. Amoxycillin (5% probability, not always)
2. tonic water
3. coca leaf teas
4. local anesthetic procedure especially ophthalmic cocaine drops

If tested by GC-MS, it will be negative.
