Brief Answer:
Please see the detailed answer.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I need few more details like your age, any other associated symptoms like neck pain/burning sensation in stomach or vomiting.

Your back pain could be due to improper sitting while studying. Kindly sit on a chair with proper back rest, try to walk for 5 minutes every one hour so that neck/back/shoulder pain will not occur.

Stomach pain could be due to stress/improper food/sleep timings. Sleep for at least 5-6 hours continuously at night. Take food on time. Avoid oily, spicy and fried foods. Drink plenty of water. Avoid eating late nights.

Hope my answer helped you. Feel free to contact for further queries. Thanks.

Regards,
Dr. Saisudha
