Question: hello. please check attached pics. below chin I have bald spots in my beard . what medicine / cream can you suggest me please for that ? also in other 2 pics , I have circled in Orange, you can see tiny pimples like things...what medicine I can use for them ? please answer for both please

I have reviewed the attached photographs.
On the chin area you seem to be developing alopecia areata.
If I was your treating doctor I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like mometasone lotion on the affected areas twice daily for 2-3 weeks.
On the face you seem to be having acne vulgaris.
I would recommend you to use a Salicylic acid 1 percent facewash twice daily and apply benzoyl peroxide 2.5 percent gel on the pimples twice daily .
These are prescription drugs and should be taken under the supervision of the doctor.
