Question: Hi.What method or cutting or suturing do I need to do dry ejaculation?I want the semen to stay in the bag.It's not about squeezing the bottom. I want a permanent simple solution.

Hi,

Thanks for your query

Semen is a mixture of secretions from prostate gland and sperm from testis.

There is no single tube by cutting or suturing of that would lead to dry ejaculation.

The only option is removal of prostate gland.

As urine and prostatic secretion come via same tube called urethra, cutting or suturing it blocks urine flow too.
