I think you should get further evaluated doing a total blood count with formula, ferritin levels, thyroid hormones T3,T4,TSH, sedimentation rateetc
Sometimes anemia, thyroid issues , stomach hyperacidity etc may be the cause for your symptoms.
You need to get further evaluated doing blood tests in order to find the reason for your symptoms.

I’ve already had all that. My anti cardiolipin IgM was at level 13

I already got tested for lupus and it was negative. The only thing I would thing of why my anti cardiolipin IgM is high is either APS or Sypillis
