That's one of my thoughts but he has not had any pain or discharge. No urgency. Can he have urethritis without these symptoms? An for this long. He thought peyronie's but there's no curvature and i would expect it to be slower progression. Its started around the start of losartan 100mg which is to be good for sex drive. I am a CRNP, i have seen pyronies once and dorsal vein phlebitis once, but i have not seen this. I think the losartan is coincidental.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
There is no clear evidence to suggest that losartan is good for sex drive or ED.
Local examination for the thickening or cord like feeling is necessary if there is no infectious cause.
If the ED persists and there is no obvious cause such as atherosclerosis or Diabetes (leading to peripheral neuropathy) then a doppler ultrasound of the pens may also be advised in consultation with a urologist.
