Brief Answer:
ovarian cyst with endometriosis

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Thanks for writing to us for your health concerns. I can understand your concern and will try to help you sort out your problems.

Sir since you have got all the tests and investigations done and all normal except she had some ovarian cyst and endometriosis for which she got operated. I hope you might have got X-ray spine also done to rule out the pathology? If that is also normal I have two diagnosis for her pains. One is it could be still endometriosis and cause we need to find out with biopsy and culture and sensitivity to rule out tuberculosis. Does she had low grade fever or fatigue or something. I had seen a case where tuberculosis spread to retroperitoneal organs and can cause abscess with lot of excruciating pains. So kindly rule out tuberculosis. You can get better treatment for pain management clinics where they give nerve blocks to decrease pain which is palliative therapy. Feel free to ask any questions if you have any doubts.

I hope this info helps you sort out your problems and if you feel its helpful kindly give me user thank vote happy health!
