Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The reports chiefly need action on the sugars.
His random blood sugar is still a bit high.
I would recommend testing a FBS, PPBS and HbA1c.
And not just RBS.
With this, I would suggest testing lipid profile.
Also, he is a bit low on sodium.
I am not sure if he is on any medication- it could be an effect of that.
Else adding some salt to diet for a few days may help- assuming he is not hypertensive.
I hope that helps.
Best wishes, Dr Mittal

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

The significant reports as of June are:-

FBS- 103
PPBS- 218
HbA1C- 7.6

With these sugars, I would recommend using medications for diabetes. However I do not have the details in your 2 messages.
So yes, you should meet your doctor again for a suitable prescription for sugars.

I will also repeat what I said before-
With this, I would suggest testing lipid profile.
Also, he is a bit low on sodium.
I am not sure if he is on any medication- it could be an effect of that.
Else adding some salt to diet for a few days may help- assuming he is not hypertensive.

I hope that helps.
Best wishes, Dr Mittal
