Brief Answer:
could be degenerative spinal changes.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

The problem you have is in lower back or sacroiliac joint . Generally in hip conditions , the pain is more on walking.
For this condition, I would suggest that you take paracetamol and tramadol as pain killers , get an x ray of the hips and pelvis to decide about cause. A combination of pregabalin and methycobalamine would be helpful along with physiotherapy.
Muscle relaxants at night would relax your muscles and may allow you to sleep.
If you don't feel better then you may have to undergo MRI of lumbar spine to rule out spinal canal stenosis.

Thanks for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
