Detailed Answer:
It's sinus rhythm, RBBB, rhythm regular.
So, significant positive finding is of RBBB, which is usually a age related change or due to hypertension. But, in such case, we need to rule out the possibility of Ischemic heart disease. So the patient should undergo echo, and if normal then needs stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography.
