What Prognosis Is Advisable After Accidental Electrocution Leading To The Inability To Moving A Hand?

Question: On the morning of 27/2/18, I was doing some electrical work by standing with bare feet on the kitchen platform. I was putting an extension to the Neutral wire but somehow I caught hold of the live wire strands and was electrocuted for 35 to 40 seconds appx not sure. Later I screamed loudly since I was stuck with the live wire and thrown down very badly. I am unable to lift my left hand.
Attached is the scan image of x-ray for your reference. Please advise.

I have noted your clinical details. Based on this, we need to exclude nerve injury affecting your left hand. For this, a clinical examination by a neurologist should be followed by a nerve conduction studies (NCV). Electric shock may cause damage of peripheral nerves of hand.

I also want to reassure you that X-rays do not show any fracture.
