Brief Answer:
Severe deficiency of Vit D3

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Did you get Serum Calcium and Serum PTH (parathormone) done? I could not notice in the report attached. You had delivered a baby and did not know the hormone status after that. The treatment depends on the values of all the three.
There seem a severe deficiency of Vitamin D for now. It needs to be treated.
First we should fill the deficiency and give maintainence dose.
You should start taking D-RISE 60K, one gel capsule once a week with milk in the morning for 12 weeks. Retest the levels, if it is corrected over 25, we can give a maintainence dose of 2000 IU per day thereon.

You can continue to take SHELCAL500 once a day.
