Question: i have covid just recieved monoclonan antibodies problem im having is i have had a sinus issue for about a month that just keeps getting worse what should i be doing to try to resolve this sinus issue once and for all its been a source of trouble for quit some time i would take something to dry it up but am hypertensive do you have any ideas to help i was once prescribed predisone but didnt take it do you feel that would be a help to relieve symptoms

Visiting an ENT doctor will be the best solution to resolve this issue, to check for possible polyps or other pathologies causing this frequent congestion.
Now you may use antihistamines such loratadine twice daily, also decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine .
You can also use beclametasone nasal spray .
Using prednisone can be helpful if the other drugs don't help .
