What Should I Do I Have Abdominal And Back Pain After Eating And Drinking?
Question: i have abdominal and back pain after eating and drinking. Right above navel. also back pain at other times. my abdominal ultrasound was normal. what should I do

my amylase and lipase are both well below the lower end of the normal range. A number of years ago I had a CT and they said the the pancreas was atrophied. also the ultrasound said %E2%80%9Cvisualised areas%E2%80%9D of the pancreas were normal.

If the pancreatic enzymes and the ultrasound or CT are normal then there is no need to worry about pancreatic cancer or pancreas issues.
If you still have abdominal pain after eating you may need to do an abdominal ultrasound to check gallbladder .
Also do liver enzymes tests such ALT, AST , GGT ,bilirubin, do helicobacter pylori test and parasites feces test.
