My bloodwork came with a few out of range values. T4= 1.8. Tsh=0.8. Urine was pH 8.0. And Vitamin D levels were Inactive: 13ng/ml, Active: 77pg/ml. A doctor said I need to take vitamin d supplementation. What should I do?

Detailed Answer:
Hello , thank you for your question and I hope I can be of help to you today.

I am sorry to hear about this. Fatigue is a common nonspecific symptom with a broad range of causes including acute and chronic medical disorders, psychological conditions, medication toxicity, and substance use.

Lower back pain, when standing or walking, is often a symptom of muscle fatigue or poor posture. In this case, you can treat this pain with rest and take pain relievers medicine plus gentle walk and stretching, but because your fatigue and lower back pain are not specific symptoms for any kind of medical condition I would recommend you to check with your doctor about Complete blood count with differential count (CBC), Chemistries (including glucose, electrolytes, calcium, renal and hepatic function test), thyroid hormone (you already check are normal). Appropriate cancer screening interventions based upon your age and sex should be updated as necessary to exclude common occult malignancies as a potential cause for fatigue.

Try to eat healthily and sleep enough and keep gentle moving. And keep continuing taking Vitamine D supplements.

I hope that I could be of help to you today. Please let me know if you need any clarification. If you have any more questions I am available to discuss them with you further. Wishing you good health.
