Question: is this a great rash from the diahrea i had three days ago i got sick and Shir myself in my car took me25 minutes to get home. it is no where but there i did attach a picture. it only showed up then

Yes, it's possible based on the image which you uploaded. Keep the area dry and avoid exposure to moisture / water as much as possible. Local application of fusidin ointment or triple antibiotic cream like neosporin would help resolve the rash.
