What Should I Do About A Skin Infection While On Surfaz And Itchguard?
Question: Hello ,
My wife has a skin infection since about two months. Please refer the attach photograph of the same.
We have used the medications -
1) Surfaz (SN)
2) Itchgurad
No itching but a faint red rash is visible.
Kindly suggest the medication options

Hi,
Could be fungal infection. Can't be absolutely sure because the rash seems to have been modified by the treatment she has been using. I suggest her to use a ketoconazole 2% cream (Nizral cream), twice daily for 2 weeks. Let me know after 2 weeks.
