What Should I Do About Dizziness, Confusion, Forgetfulness, Tiredness And Spinning Of Head Several Years After Head Injury?

Question: Hi Doctor,
For the recent past I have been facing with dizziness, confusion, forgetfulness, tiredness and spinning of head. I fell down from exercise bar at the age of 17 and from bus at the age of 22, got stitches when I fell down from bus (left back side of head). could you please suggest me what would be the reason and what should I do.

I have gone through your question and understand your concern.
Forgetfulness and tiredness at this age needs evaluation.
You need to get examined by a neurologist.
Blood investigations like blood sugar, vitamin B 12, thyroid profile, renal function tests and liver function test should be done.
Blood pressure should be measured.
Brain MRI may be required after examination by a neurologist.
Any history of headache, ear discharge or hearing abnormalities?
All these not related to head injury or fall.
