Question: I've been seeing small dots, like little bugs flying around, after having done some fairly vigorous physical labor. Should I be concerned?

Brief Answer:
Eye floaters most likely

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Occasionally seeing so much eye floaters, especially after being in sun for a long time is very common. It is nothing to be worried about. It will subside in a few hours.

However, if the condition is persistent or you start seeing flashes of light, please be advised to follow up with the emergency as it is concerning for more serious conditions like vitreous or retinal detachment.

However, at this point, there is nothing to be worried about.

Hope this answers your question.
Please let me know if you need further clarification.

Regards,
Dr. Lekshmi
