Detailed Answer:
Hello,
After going through the medical details and the blood reports attached by you I would like to tell you that your overall blood reports are normal except for the low vitamin D levels which are quite common these days in our population due to inadequate sunlight exposure.
Secondly I would like to mention that as per the weight and height detailed by you your BMI falls in the category of obesity which requires attention. The ideal body weight as per your height should not be more than 70kgs. Taking into consideration your young age this can very well be taken care with the help of lifestyle modifications which include healthy dietary habits and daily exercise.
Follow vitamin di levels you should consider taking diet rich in vitamin di like egg York cheese butter dairy products cereals fish.
Hope to have been helpful.
