What Should I Do About Reduced Volume Of Hair On The Scalp?
I am 33 years old. I have noticed that density of hair on my scalp has reduced. Not sure if this is natural with age or I can do something regarding it. Please suggest if something can be done before the hair are completely gone. I can attach a picture, if required to give you an idea regarding the current density. Please let me know.

You can get tested and take vitamins
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
There are some options available for hair fall. Firstly we have to assess how much hair fall is happening and the reason behind it.
If the hair fall is less than significant, then rigorous methods are not required. Taking some multivitamins like Becosules once a day for 3 months and staying away from stressors will be sufficient.
If basic blood tests find some cause like anemia or infection, etc., then taking care of it will help. If the cause is male-pattern baldness, which travels in males of a family, then treatments like minoxidil cream will help.
There are supplements like Follihair etc., that have extracts and may have unknown side effects. Biotin tablets can also be taken.
Then there are some experimental treatments like mesotherapy, hair transplantation etc., that may have mixed results.
Its definitely your own choice on what you want to try. You can consult a dermatologist for treatments like minoxidil, hair transplant etc.
Hope it helps. Let me know if I can assist you further
