Brief Answer:
It's a long term thing, proper dermatological evaluation required.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Well, you haven't mentioned all the details asked for...Moreover, taking some over the counter products may not really be helpful for the long-term benefit.
Please note, everyone's skin is of different types and there are numerous types of acne present (some due to blockade of glandular secretions, some due to infections, some are even genetic), management is different in each of those cases and may take several months to even years.
As I see, you've already tried some products and didn't benefit from it. Hence I'd suggest you meet a Dermatologist in person for a thorough check-up first to decide on the type and cause of acne in your case. Management can be done accordingly.
Along with it, please try to avoid fast / junk / processed foods, sugary/fizzy drinks as they have a direct relation to causing further acne outbreaks.
Drink plenty of water throughout the day, avoid smoking and alcohol (if at all do). Have plenty of fresh salads, green vegetables, seasonal fruits and avoid direct sunlight exposure.
Always use a good quality face cleanser (eg. Nivea Men Deep cleanse) once in the morning, once before going to bed. Avoid picking the acnes strictly.
Nowadays, there are even outdoor procedures (deep-scrub to Laser therapy) which can be done after the check-up to resolve acne/acne-related scars. So nothing to worry, just schedule the visit with the dermatologist and proceed further.
Take care
