What Should I Do About Severe Pain On The Right Side Of The Back And In The Groan Area?

Question: I had severe pain today and after that I took ultrasound and CT scan. please find the attachment of the report. please suggest me what I should do next. shall I go for laser or any treatment or simply by medication.
