Question : Dear Sir/Mam,
I am having swelling on my right eye. it looks like eyelid stye. I am feeling a lot of pain because of this.

Hi,

It looks like a stye. The treatment is by use of antibiotic eye drops like Moxifloxacin and oral analgesic drugs like Paracetamol/Ibuprofen.
Applying hot compression for 10 to 15 mins daily for 3 to 4 times/day provides symptomatic relief.
