Hello,

How much vomiting or fever do you have. It is likely to be viral or food poisoning. One or two episodes of vomiting and fever less than 102 do not need medicines.

If vomiting is too much, you can take Ondansetron syrup 1 tsp once or twice a day as needed for 2-3 days. If fever is more than 102 then Crocin tablet 500 mg 3-4 times a day for few days. Drink lots of water.
