Okay. Starting in the summer of 2019 I began have chronic diarrhea. It would happen quite regularly and still continues now. There are periods where it slows down but it hasnt left. Ive seen a GI doctor and ran numerous tests, including an upper and lower edoscopy, nothing was found. In december of 2020 was when the doctors initially recogonized my low wbc count, specifically the neutrophils. Then, beginning in May of 2021 I began to have chronic neck and back pain. It was a constant dull ache that eventually spread to my lower back. Standing and walking for too long became tiresome. I had MRIs done of my entire back and brain. Their findings were severe mucosal thickening in my maxillary sinus, an annul fissure in one of my C disks, and marrow edema in one of my T disks. It became very difficult to even sleep because of an intense build up of pressure and pain in my back, neck, and the back of my head. I am now having neurological issues. A ncs showed low velocity, amplitude, and conduction in multple motor and sensory nerves. Throughout this time ive had multiple sore throats with no other viral symptoms. I have no idea what to do next.

Detailed Answer:
Hello again
In my opinion borderline normal it’s not something to worry about.
You should have very low count of neutrophils to have in some case risk for infection or other conditions.
Very low count of neutrophil for over 2 months is cold chronic neutropenia.
Regards
