I have completed 7 weeks with twin pregnancy. My serum progesterone test shows result as - 30.6 ng/ml. My doctor said its low. What should I do to increase it naturally?
I have been taking progesterone 12 pills daily for 4 times and Duphaston 9 pills daily 3 times.
