Question: I lost my husband Dec 29 last year! I’m having lots of anxiety, panic attacks, headaches and insomnia. My doctor retired in XXXXXXX His replacement refuses to prescribe my Xanax and wants to refer me to all these psyches and pain management doctors which I can’t afford on Medicare. Brief Answer:
My suggestion.

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

I have gone through your query in detail and can certainly understand your situation.

I feel very sorry that your husband has expired, but nothing to worry about affordability as I can advise some medications which helps you better.

You can start taking the combination drug of ESCITALOPRAM AND CLONAZEPAM in the night.
In the morning times, you can take ETIZOLAM 0.5 mg to combat your anxiety.

Follow some deep breathing and envelope breathing methods to reduce your panic attacks.

You can take CLONAZEPAM mouth dissolving preparation during your panic attack.

So, please don't get worried about this and follow these instructions.

Hope this information would help you.
Feel free to ask any further questions.
Thank you.
