Brief Answer:
follow the advice...observe how you stay afterwards...

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Well, in an otherwise healthy adult, there's no need to take additional supplementation, however, given your recent history of slip disk, I'd recommend getting a few investigations (i.e. CBC, ESR, Sodium, Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Vit-D3, Vit-B12 levels, Urea, Creatinine) done in the first place for further evaluation...

If found deficient, management with appropriate supplementation can be initiated accordingly...

Additionally, have homemade high-protein foods, fresh salads, daily seasonal vegetables, milk and other dairy products (cottage cheese, yoghurt, curd-based beverages) on daily basis...avoid fast/junk/processed foods, energy drinks, sugary/fizzy drinks, avoid smoking/alcohol (if at all do)...drink plenty of water (around 2.5 ltr water everyday)

All these should take care of your bones and muscles.

Let me know if I can assist you further. Take Care.
Regards
