Brief Answer:
Take a CT PNS

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

It seems like you have a broken nasal bone. Detailed evaluation is needed and we have to fix it I’m case the fragments are displaced.
Get an X-ray and CT PNS for assessment and look for any associated injuries. An ENT opinion is necessary to decide whether surgical correction is needed or not.

As of now start a shot course of antibiotics to prevent infection. Take antihistamines like Levocetirizine and instill nasal decongestants also.

Wishing you good health.

NHS will do

Detailed Answer:

Hi,

In most cases, surgical correction is not needed and allowed to heal by itself.
