Brief Answer:
Its deranged.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I guess you have mistaken in noting LDL and hdl, there is exchange of numbers. Anyway, total cholesterol is elevated.
You should have a healthy lifestyle like avoiding fatty, oily and high calorie diet. Have low salt diet and monitor blood pressure regularly. Regular exercises like brisk walking, jogging according your capacity atleast 30 min a day and 5 days a week. Lots of green leafy vegetables, fruits, fish once or twice a week, avoid meat.
So you may get lipid profile repeated after 8 weeks of successful healthy lifestyle to see the response, and if you are already on healthy lifestyle then it's better to get statin like rosuvastatin or atorvastatin prescribed to control it.

Hope this helps you and get back if you have any doubts.
