What Should Be Done For Low Amniotic Fluid Levels During 6 Weeks Of Pregnancy?

my question is, is it really possible to tell based on the ultrasound, that the sac had low aminiotic fluid?
and if that is the case, will putting me on drip help? what can I do to help?
I am at a loss, hope to seek advice. thank you.
Putting you on drip can help
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear and thanks for your query.
I understand your concern and I will try to help you.
In fact your pregnancy age is very small to say that amniotic fluid is decreased .
Regular gestational sac ,with appropriate CRL(crown rump length ) and range fetal heart beating are the best indicator for the well-being of you pregnancy.
Hence in my opinion don't worry so much .
But if your follow-up doctor has seen fit to put you on a few bags of drip ,can help you because firstly water-like fluid originates from the maternal plasma, and passes through the fetal membranes by osmotic and hydrostatic forces.
Follow up your doctor advice and be calm until you next scan.
Add more fluids on your diet while amniotic fluid depend from the maternal plasma.
if you want you can upload scan reports on my site.
Best regards

my husband and i also visited another gynae who initially said i could be having cornual pregnancy, but subsequently he dismissed this possibility after the 3D ultrasound report was out (see attached). i have also attached the ultrasound report, because i saw some measurements and thought it might be useful to you. however, this second gynae did not mentioned anything about low aminiotic fluid when he did the ultrasound for me, only advised me to come back 2 weeks later for follow-up consultation. When we probed further to ask whether baby is fine, he said "its very good".
Which gynae should I believe? why didnt the second gynae raise any concern with the low aminiotic fluid condition?
is there anything that i could have done wrongly that resulted in this low aminiotic fluid in the yolk sac?
The first is reliable
Detailed Answer:
Hi dear again and thanks trusting to us.
First gynecologist is reliable because as I mentioned above amniotic fluid quantity is not an issue as your pregnancy is small.
Other indicator as :
gestational sac
fetus(CRL)
yolk sac
fetal heart beats ,show for well -being of your pregnancy.
While the first gynecologist has confirmed that your pregnancy is good ,and as per your scan reports seems same.
Cornual pregnancy is excluded because three-dimensional sonography is an important diagnostic tool as it may impart better anatomical orientation and precise location of the gestational sac as compared to other imaging modalities.
If I was your treating doctor I would suggest to make another scan 2 weeks to see evolution of your pregnancy and to have peace of mind for the other part of your pregnancy.
Best regards
