Let me emphasize the fact that breast milk is the best possible milk for a baby and there can be no alternatives for the same.
This is especially true if the babies are born preterm. Most formula milks are cow milk based and hence difficult to digest. Moreover, they make the child more prone to complications and infections.
Mother's breast milk is produced on the demand of the baby. Sucking of milk depends on the hunger of the baby. More is the suck, more is the amount of breast milk produced.
Giving formula automatically reduces the demand for the baby and thereby the production of breast milk. All you need to do is to switch back to exclusive breastfeeding and the production will increase automatically.
At present, you need to monitor the urine output. If the frequency is more than 6 times in 24 hours, you would know that the amount of feeding is adequate. If the amount of passage of urine is less or if the child is lethargic you would need to take the child to a doctor without delay.
Breast milk also takes care of immunity against common ailments like a cough and cold, and diarrhea. So, automatically your worries would be reduced.
If the baby is breastfed, bottle sanitizers and bottle feeding are of no need. However, minimal handling and proper hand hygiene are of utmost importance.

Thanks for your response.Babies are still in NICU Doctor told that it might require 7-10 days of NICU.Not able to give breast milk because still babies are not able to Suck so they are giving IV fluids and formula right now.
Boy Baby is on oxygen supply since he is not able to breath on own.Its already 3 days over but still on oxygen supply.
For Girl baby1 If jaundice come how many days it would be there and whether chances are there if it can com again?
For Boy baby Jaudice has not came so what precaustions can be taken to aviod jaundice.Whether it is good if Jaundice comes at eraly stage sao taht it would not attack later?

Since the babies are in the NICU, kindly leave it to the doctors to determine if Phototherapy is needed. No precautions from your side.
With the increase in lung maturity, the babies would be able to do with oxygen. Let the doctors decide regarding gradually increase the feeds till the babies are feeding on demand and eventually they would be able to breastfeed.
