Brief Answer:
Improving nutrition is necessary through diet.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Jyothi BL and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. The value of 4.43, is only mild reduction.
2. The haemoglobin level is well within the normal range.
3. This could be due to early macrocytes.
4. No medications necessary. You can improve your diet rich in Vit B complex supplements, like egg, fish chicken, pulses, green leafy vegetables, etc.
5. No other tests are necessary. Improve your nutrition.

Hope it helps.
Any further queries, happy to help again.
