Question: what are the repercussions of taking (2) 7.5mg percocet, (3) 3 hours later, and (7) 7.5 mg percocet 2 hours later? is there enough time in-between to offset the physical damage?

Brief Answer:
No enough time to offset the possible physical damage.

Detailed Answer:
Hi & Welcome to HCM.

I appreciate your concern for the safety of the tablet Perocet when consumed successively after 3 and 2 hrs.

Percocet contains a combination of 325 mg of Acetaminophen and 7.5 mg of Oxycodone used to relieve moderate to severe pain.

The usual adult dosage is one or 2 tablets every 6 hours as needed for pain.
The total daily dose of acetaminophen should not exceed 4 grams.
So, the time interval between the doses is too short for the body to clear the amount of drugs in the blood.

In total 12 tablets of Perocet have been consumed within 5 hours which is amounting to overdosage. It can have an adverse impact on the liver (mainly by Acetaminophen) causing damage and depression of the central nervous system (unconsciousness, breathing difficulties, constipation, etc) caused by Oxycodone.

So, liver injury and CNS depression is a possible adverse effect of this overdosage.

Hope to have answered your query.

Best regards.
