Hello,

I don't have any fever as well as any other medical condition. I can see rashes on my palms since 4-5 days. Also, My hands are dry and I feel like itching.

It looks like allergic dermatitis. I advise to apply Cortisporin Cream : hydrocortisone/neomycin/polymyxin b cream, along with it a moisturizing cream.
