Brief Answer:
Likely CAD

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

Rate, rhythm and axis are normal. However, diffuse t wave flattening in limb leads and t wave inversions in precordial leads. So this is suggestive of coronary artery disease.
So patient will need echo and if normal then stress test like stress thallium or CT coronary angiography. However sometimes, such changes sometimes may be seen in left ventricular hypertrophy due to hypertension.

Regards
