Question: What supplements to take for coping with Vitamin B12 & D low level. I was diagnosed with these being deficient this year and took shots and one course of medicine. But since the food itself are insufficient, what else to take ?

Hi,

Sun exposure before 8:30a.m and after 4p.m is the only source of vitamin D. Take Tab. D rise 60k iu once a week for 8 weeks, after lunch. Tab. Nurobion forte 1 tablet in the night for Vitamin B12 deficiency for 3 months.
