Brief Answer:
The degree of the head injury should be assessed first.

Detailed Answer:
Hello and thanks for using HCM.

I have read your question and understand your concerns.

It is okay to go to sleep after head injury if the following symptoms weren't present after the injury:

- loss of consciousness

- persistent nausea and/or vomitng

- cognitive function impairment

- any limbs weakness

- any vision problems

- difficulty interacting with other people or environment, etc.

If any of these symptoms are present a medical evaluation and brain imaging ( CT scan ) are necessary in order to understand better the degree of the head injury.

Hope you found the answer helpful.

Take care.
