Brief Answer:
Hope you have a good health

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I am sorry to hear about this. After working out your body can lead to injuries with a muscle strain, or pulled muscle occurs when your muscle is overstretched or torn. If you are in severe pain you should see a doctor. Some workouts lead to stretch marks from muscles that grow much bigger in a short period of time so it can cause the stretch marks to become purple and blue because the blood vessels underneath of the skin getting injured too which can happen during a heavy workout. This can fully recover by its own days to weeks of muscle strain. To help your symptoms get better, you can rest your muscles and avoid movements or activities that cause pain. If it hurts you can wrap your muscle with an elastic bandage, take medicine to reduce the pain and swelling. If your severity is not severe, you can take an over-the-counter medicine such as acetaminophen or ibuprofen.

I hope that I could be of help to you today. Please let me know if you need any clarification. If you have any more questions, I will discuss them with you further. Wishing you good health.
