What Test Should Be Done To Detect Stage 4 Cancer Metastasis?

Question: My father, who lives in Iran, had biopsy staining done last month and now the results are in. An emergency room doctor said the results mean cancer has taken over his body. I'm hoping to have someone look at the results and provide some more information while he goes to visit his oncologist tomorrow (it's currently late at night in Tehran.)
The main reason I'm using this service is to better understand the stained biopsy results and any recommendations for us as supporting family. To that effect, here's some background information on my father's condition and what triggered him to have stained biopsy done.
About three months ago, he was taking antibiotics due to the common cold until he started having severe stomach ache, immobility, and constipation. He went to the emergency room and the doctor took an X-ray. Noticing some white dots on the X-ray, the ER doctor referred him to an oncologist. The oncologist ordered a biopsy and then ordered that to be stained and the the results are here (biopsy.png). While waiting for the staining to be done, he was hospitalized and an ultrasound was done stating that he has a kidney stone (if needed, I can send the report.) Also attached are urine analysis (3/3/18), and blood work results (4/30/18.)

Brief Answer:
PET CT scan suggested
Detailed Answer:
Hi, Thanks for asking,
I have gone through your father's report.
It suggests he has stage 4 cancer and is metastatic in nature which means it has spread from its primary source to secondary sites.
I would advise him to do a PET CT scan in this scenario.
Also if you have any more reports regarding please send them so that I can review further.
I will be glad to help.

Thank you Dr Monish.
I think it's helpful to have confirmation about these results as I can now better prepare myself and my family to deal with this situation. I've just attached the urine and blood analysis as that's what I have at my disposal right now. I think I'll contact my family and let them know of your advisement to have a PET CT scan. I'm satisfied with the answer.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Could be gastrointestinal tract cancer
Detailed Answer:
Hi back,
I have gone through your father's blood and urine reports.
His CA 125 is high in this blood report.
It indicates that he could have gastrointestinal cancer as he had history symptoms such as stomach ache, immobility, and constipation.
But for confirmation, PET CT scan is needed to be done to find the primary source of cancer.
I would also advise him to do blood test for CA 19-9

Thank you for the additional advise. I'll pass along the information to my family and follow up to get blood test for CA 19-9 in addition to the PET CT scan.

Dr. Monish De,
Over the past couple of weeks, my father-in-law has gotten a little better. He is in less pain, has better appetite, and is able to talk a little better.
Yet today, about 12 hours ago, his urine bag started filling with blood. He felt a chill and vomited. The nurse used a syringe to take out the blood from his bladder. Also, the nurse put pressure on his chest so he can regain his breath. Later, a doctor said the bleeding may have been due to an infection in the kidney (see attached labe results from blood work done.)
Just a few minutes ago, his urine bag started filling with blood again and he's feeling cold and has the chills again.
We're looking for any guidance as to what the reason could be.
Thank you.

Brief Answer:
Urine test for culture sensitivity.
Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your father in laws blood and urine report.
He has anaemia and his urine has blood positive.
In addition to PET CT scan i would advise him to do urine culture sensitivity test as he is feeling cold and has chills and could have and infection and if bacteria is found in urine then sensitive antibiotic needs to be given
You can give him tranexamic acid tablet twice daily for 3 days with your doctors advise for bleeding in his urine.
