What Test To Be Taken For A Small Lump In My Left Chest?

Question: I have been feeling a small lump in my left chest, for some days. It is not observed in the right chest. Is it some complication, should i get any tests done regarding it.

Lumps could be harmless or cancer. Depending on this, complication may happen.
Where exactly is the lump and is it soft or hard to touch? Is it movable? Is it growing and how big is its size? Is the skin normal or discoloured? Is there fluid oozing from it? Please revert with these and any other details, so that I am better able to help.

I will recommend examination by a surgeon to come to a diagnosis.

It is hard and immovable, skin seems normal and fluid oozing from it.. left chest seems little swollen compared to right chest because of this
