Detailed Answer:

Hello,

LH - Luteinizining Hormone- Serum levels
FSH - Follicle stimulating hormone
S. PRL - Serum prolactin levels
S. Free Testosterone - Serum free testosterone levels.
It is best to get these tests done on day 3 of the cycle to detect the hormonal imbalance associated with PCOD.

Detailed Answer:

Hello.

Normal prolactin is also done after extracting serum from the blood. It is same as serum prolactin test. Free testosterone calculation is a better way to detect testosterone levels in the female body. Total testosterone is higher than free testosterone.

Hope my answer is helpful. Do accept my answer in case there are no further queries.
