Brief Answer: imaging is also required Detailed Answer: Your PSA has not raised abnormally. It is still near normal range. If you still feel you need to get tested, you can ask you doctor for CECT abdomen ( including pelvis) or trans rectal ultrasound. Any abnormal areas can be biopsied. HPE is mandatory for confirming the diagnosis of cancer.
